Association of Radio Electronic Equipment Manufacturers and Traders of Kaliningrad region «General Satellite Corporation» was founded in 2008 to facilitate the speedy broadcast digitization in Russia by creating a complex of modern highly automated production facilities, capable to meet the consumer needs in the STBs. An important task, which is which is being solved by the Association is also to approbate the model of innovation development of small town in Russia by the example of the investment project “Territory of scientific and technological development — Technopolis Gousev”.
