Andrey Tkachenko, president of the General Satellite Corporation, suggested after a tour of the workshops that Sergei Ivanov and Georgy Boos should try 3D-glasses and watch a short film: bright flowers blossomed and fountains played on the screen. Politicians enjoyed what they saw. Sergei Ivanov noted that the Kaliningrad region has the best prospects in the development of 3D-TV, as the plant in Gousev is technically ready for the production of such receivers.
