General Satellite Corporation to Participate in CSTBExhibition 2009

The General Satellite Corporation will participate in the CSTB-Exhibition 2009 scheduled to take place at the exhibition complex “Crocus-Exp” from 2 to 5 February 2009. We invite all exhibition guests to the Corporation booth to find out about the recent developments in the telecommunications market, like, for example, concept-receivers for new projects, which are to be launched this year in Russia and Europe. Mass production of these receivers will begin at the Corporation production facilities in the II quarter of 2009. The General Satellite Corporation is the only developer and manufacturer in Russia of digital TV receivers. Thus a wide range of the newest models will be presented at the exhibition. Satellite, terrestrial and cable receivers HD9000, HD9321, HD9320 are designed to receive a high-definition TV signal. A unique aerial TE4510 receiver with MPEG4 support has been developed by the research production division of the Corporation as an optimal solution for the National Program of Russia for switch to digital broadcasting. The receiver has no peer for its affordability.
