Major consumer equipment manufacturers on the commercial TV market in Russia, 2008

According to data for the previous year of 2008, the companies Digi Raum Electronics (67%), Humax, Amino and TopField (in descending order of market share) were also named as major suppliers of digital commercial TV equipment (STB).

According to the report put out by research company J'son & Partners Consulting, the domestic market for consumers’ commercial digital TV equipment has tripled within the past year. The analysts consider the sales breakthrough to be the result of a sharp increase in the number of satellite commercial TV clients.
